CB Designs – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CB Designs. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all digital products and services purchased through this website.
By purchasing a product, you agree to the following terms:
1. Digital Products & Services
CB Designs offers digital services including but not limited to social media audits, strategy kits, content calendars, and branding resources. All services are delivered electronically and tailored to your business as outlined in each product description.
2. Refund Policy
All digital products are non-refundable, except as required by South African law.
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel your purchase within 7 days of placing your order or first receiving access to the product – unless the service has already begun or is of a customised nature that cannot be undone.
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product or service is defective, not fit for purpose, or not as described, within 6 months of purchase.
Refund requests must be made in writing to dataprivacy@cbdesigns.co.za.
3. Delivery of Services
All services will be delivered via email in PDF format within the estimated timeframe listed on each product page (typically 5-7 business days). You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to any requests for details necessary to complete your order.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, documents, templates, and materials created or delivered by CB Designs remain the intellectual property of CB Designs. These materials are for your personal business use only and may not be resold, shared, or distributed.
5. Limitation of Liability
CB Designs makes no guarantees of specific results or business outcomes. All strategic recommendations are based on available data and industry knowledge but must be implemented at your own discretion.
6. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)
We are committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and respecting your privacy.
When you make a purchase, we collect only the information needed to deliver your service (e.g. name, email address, business details). This information is securely stored and will never be shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond completing your order and occasional marketing communications (with your consent).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at orders@cbdesigns.co.za.
